The Housing & Economic Recovery Act of 2008
(HERA) included funding for the
Neighborhood Stabilization Program and allocations totaling
more than $97 million were awarded to metro Atlanta
jurisdictions.
Currently, ANDP is partnering with the City
of Atlanta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton and
Rockdale counties to acquire, rehab and sell
previously foreclosed homes through this NSP

DeKalb
County NSP - Up to $25,000 in down payment
assistance |
|
ANDP has been selected by DeKalb
County to implement its
Neighborhood Stabilization
Program. ANDP will be working
with DeKalb officials to identify,
acquire, rehabilitate and market
previously foreclosed or abandoned
property.
The DeKalb County NSP Program is open to
anyone that qualifies for a mortgage with an
approved lender and also meets program
qualifications for the soft
second mortgage.
Households can earn up to 120% of Area
Median Income (AMI) or up to $99,950 based
on household size. Click
