SYMPHONY AT LAKEWOOD TO OFFER 60 AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS​

In the late summer of 2021, Prestwick Development and ANDP began work on Symphony at Lakewood in Southwest Atlanta. The 60-unit development will offer rates affordable to metro Atlanta's low- and moderate-income families in need of quality, safe rental options. 

The 9% tax credit project will be developed on 6.7 acres of land owned by ANDP and includes two separate parcels across Estes Drive SW in the Sylvan Hills neighborhood.
