ANDP to build new construction single-family homeownership in Lakewood Heights Neighborhood

 

WHAT: Join the ANDP team for a community conversation regarding preliminary plans for a nine-acre redevelopment in the western portion of the Lakewood Heights neighborhood in Southeast Atlanta. Initial plans include a mix of single-family attached (townhomes) and detached homes. 

 

WHEN: Thursday, November 21, 2025, at 7:00 pm 

 

WHERE: John C. Birdine Neighborhood Center; 215 Lakewood Way, SW, Atlanta, GA 30315.
