Tell Us About Your Project!

Our target borrowers are local affordable housing developers (non-profits and mission-driven for-profits) who have proven track records in low-income neighborhoods. Our current priority is funding foreclosure redevelopment of single-family homes. Working on a project that needs development capital?

Reynoldstown Senior

The Reynoldstown neighborhood is among the most gentrified communities in recent memory. ANDP Loan Fund provided $275,000 in construction financing for the development of "Reynoldstown Senior" - a 70-unit, active living senior facility. The project, completed in 2016, has a majority of its units occupied by long-term residents of Reynoldstown.
