Sheltering Arms

In 2015, ANDP partnered with Reinvestment Fund to provide a bridge loan to Sheltering Arms in advance of the development of their new "Sheltering Arms at Michelle and Barack Obama Academy" in Southeast Atlanta. In 2017, the 27,500 square foot facility was opened - offering new classroom facilities for more than 200 local children. ANDP Loan Fund provided $600,000 in participation of Reinvestment Fund's $4.9 million in financing.
