Loan
offers hope for continued progress in Stone Mountain.
After successful completion of its Antioch Manor Estates, a
three-story, 120-unit independent living facility on S. Hairston
Road, Antioch A.M.E. Community Development Corporation (ACDC) is
moving forward with the second phase of its major development.
Construction on Antioch Summit, an 85-unit independent living
facility, will begin in early 2007, pending approval of a Low Income
Housing Tax Credit application. ANDP's lending arm, Community
Redevelopment Loan & Investment Fund (CRLIF), is pleased to extend a
loan approval for construction of the project.
