The Program
As a
part of the Eastside Tax Allocation District, the
new TWELVE Centennial Park luxury condominium and
hotel development includes a few select homes that
will be offered for sale at a subsidized price of
$144,000 for one-bedroom homes. The rest of the
market value (up to $250,000 in some cases) will be
covered by a soft second mortgage from the City of
Atlanta that does not have to be paid back until the
property is sold. |

Program
Requirements
To be eligible for this program, you MUST:
• Have a household income that does not exceed $56,950
• Not own ANY real estate
• Intend to make TWELVE Centennial Park your primary
residence
To get pre-qualified for the program, you MUST
provide:
• Your two most recent pay stubs
• 2006 and 2007 W2s
• 2005 and 2006 tax returns (if you have 2007 tax returns,
please send 2006 and 2007 tax returns)
OR
If you are self-employed, you MUST provide:
• 2006 and 2007 1099s for the last two calendar years (if
applicable)
• 2005 and 2006 tax returns (business and personal, please
submit 2007 if you have done them already)
• A year-to-date Profit & Loss statement from your accountant
