The
Program
As a part of the Eastside Tax Allocation
District, the new TWELVE Centennial Park luxury
condominium and hotel development includes a few
select homes that will be offered for sale at a
subsidized price of $119,000 for one-bedroom
homes. The rest of the market value (up to
$250,000 in some cases) will be covered by a
soft second mortgage from the City of Atlanta
that does not have to be paid back until the
property is sold.
Program Requirements
To be eligible for this program, you MUST:
• Have a household income that does not exceed
$71,200
• Not own ANY real estate
• Intend to make TWELVE Centennial Park your
primary residence
To get pre-qualified for the program, you MUST
provide:
• Your two most recent pay stubs
• W2s from last two years
• Tax Returns from last two years
OR
If you are self-employed, you MUST provide:
•1099s for the last two calendar
years (if applicable)
• Tax returns from the last two years
