Our Programs
RESPONDING TO THE FORECLOSURE CRISIS

Our region, state and nation are facing financial challenges not seen in generations.  ANDP's mission of promoting mixed income communities through three primary lines of business - development, finance, and advocacy - has shifted. During these challenging times, our organization has focused all organizational resources on addressing the foreclosure crisis and related matters.

Our Housing Development department is working with the City of Atlanta and DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton, Henry and Rockdale counties to execute their Neighborhood Stabilization Programs.

Our Housing Finance department (Community Redevelopment Loan & Investment Fund, CRLIF) is working with developers of affordable housing to offer bridge financing and other products during this critical economic crisis.

Our Research & Advocacy department continues to provide quantitative research to address housing affordability, Homestead Exemption and property tax assessments in high foreclosure neighborhoods.
