NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM

The Housing & Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) included funding for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and allocations totaling more than $97 million were awarded to metro Atlanta jurisdictions. Currently, ANDP is partnering with the City of Atlanta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton and Rockdale counties to acquire, rehab and sell previously foreclosed homes through this NSP program.
