Rehabilitation
Projects
In addition to new construction developments, ANDP also engages in
rehabilitation projects. Two examples include the extensive
renovation of Moores Mill Apartments and Sylvan Circle Apartments.
Moores Mill Apartments, located in the Buckhead community, was built
in 1965 and was acquired by ANDP in 1994. In 1996, ANDP completed an
complete renovation of the entire 172-unit complex. Today,
Moores Mill still provides much needed affordable housing through
its Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
Sylvan Circle, located in Southwest Atlanta, was built in 1949 and
was renovated in 1993.
Sylvan Circle continues to offer the most reasonable rental rates in
the City.
