Ponce Park
 Setting
a new course for Ponce & North Avenue Corridors!
ANDP has joined the
Ponce Park development team of
Adams & Company,
The Integral Group LLC,
Lane Company,
and
Morsberger Group to address the
redevelopment of City Hall East and the further revitalization of
the Ponce/North Avenue corridors in the midtown/downtown section of
the City.
Ponce Park will be a mixed-use facility, incorporating residential,
retail, services, office, non-profits, and other uses. Our
investment and support of the project underscores the organization's
commitment to improving access to quality affordable housing
throughout the region.
The project is essentially divided into two phases. Ponce Park South,
which is the portion of the project located South of North Avenue,
will begin in Fall 2006. Ponce Park North, which includes the
renovation of City Hall East, will begin in late 2008. For more detailed
