Novare Group
to create downtown's first mixed income development!
Centennial House is a
101-unit neo classic condominium project completed in June 2002.
The project bears the Centennial name due to its close proximity to
Centennial Olympic Park. Conveniently located near the corner of Ivan
Alan Boulevard and Williams Street, Centennial House is the ultimate
"live, work and play" residence.
Amenities for Centennial House condominiums include 24-hour
concierge, rooftop deck, fitness center, oversized windows, 10'
ceilings, maple cabinets, stainless-steel appliances and open studio,
one and two bedroom floor plans.
 Centennial
House was the first collaboration between ANDP and
Novare Group. The two
organizations combined their efforts to increase intown living
opportunities for those with low to moderate income.
Of the 101 condominiums, 25% were designated as affordable units.
As of December 2002, the project was completely sold.
