ANDP Neighborhood Stabilization Program

Rockdale County
ANDP has been selected by the Rockdale County to implement its Neighborhood Stabilization Program. ANDP will be working with county officials to identify, acquire, rehabilitate and market previously foreclosed or abandoned property.
